The Nourish Package includes support for your journey through pregnancy, full birth support & postpartum. This package ensures you enter your birth feeling well educated, supported and confident.

~ 2 x Prenatal Appointments that include:
Navigating any thoughts and questions you or your birth partner may have about pregnancy & giving birth.
Debrief on all natural labour relief options, possible interventions, and more.
We will work together to create your birth plan.
Establishing the type of postpartum care you are looking for.

On call for you from 38 weeks - unlimited support via phone.
Attend your labour & birth in your home or hospital.
Access to my birth kit that includes: Rebozo, Birth Combs, Birth Weapons, Aromatherapy and more.
~ Postpartum Care that includes:
1 x Meal package delivered asap after giving birth.
2 x Home visits where I will deliver more food & treats and also provide the care that we had previously decided on. Options include but are not limited too:
Birth debrief

Foot soak & massage
Light cleaning
Meals cooked in house for you

Nest Package ~ $600
The Nest Package is designed specifically to provide postpartum care. The intention of this package is to provide extra care for the mother of a newborn baby so that she can feel completely supported entering into the fourth trimester.

We will explore all of my postpartum offerings to create a plan for what your postpartum visits will consist of. Creating a plan for the postpartum care to suit your individual needs.
~ Postpartum:
1 x Meal package delivered asap after giving birth.
2 x Postpartum visits where I will deliver more food & treats and also provide the care that we had previously decided on. Options include but are not limited too:
Birth debrief

Mother Blessings ~ $175
A mother’s blessing is a ceremony between women where we sit in circle together to adorn the mother with love and strength as she approaches her birth journey. We will share blessings, collectively create something for her to use during or post birth and come together as women to hold her in such a way as to allow her to truly feel how supported she is.
This ceremony originates in the Navajo Indian culture, where women gather with close family and friends to celebrate the birthing woman.
Includes:
A 2 hour guided ceremony at location of choice.
Guests to participate in the intentional creation of one of the following:
A beaded birth amulet
A sipping broth for her postpartum
A herb/flower epsom soak
Belly henna/painting
Seating, altar & range of herbal teas.
Small gift of a candle each guest to light when the birthing woman begins her labour.
